I just love nutella. Each time when we buy that it gets over in a day. I was kind of addicted to it. But i try not to feed maha nutella, after reading lots of articles about it..Now we have stopped buying it, instead i make similar spread at home. I have already shared a version of nutella made using peanuts and chocolate chips. This one is made using cocoa powder which many viewers asked for. And it was delicious. Preparation Time : 15 mins Makes: 1 to 2 cups Ingredients: Roasted Peanuts - 2 cups Brown Sugar or Regular Sugar - 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup Salt - 1/2 tsp Vegetable Oil or Cooking Oil - 2 tblspn
Method: Take roasted peanuts in a blender, add sugar and powder them. Keep blending them till it gets lumpy and pasty. It will take sometime. Now add in cocoa powder, salt and oil and blend till it gets creamy and pasty. Cool it down, Store it in a air tight container in fridge.

blend well

blend till creamy
