WIKI:
Stollen is a fruit bread containing dried fruit and often covered with powdered sugar or icing sugar. The bread is usually made with chopped candied fruit and/or dried fruit, nuts and spices. Stollen is a traditional German bread usually eaten during the Christmas season, when it is called Weihnachtsstollen (after "Weihnachten") or Christstollen (after Christ).
There are so many variations this stollen is made, some recipes has a marzipan stuffed inside the bread. But this version which i am showing you is easy to make and it taste amazing with a cup of coffee or tea. You can even use this bread to make french toast on the christmas morning. Leftover stollen makes a great bread pudding.
Hope you will give this a try and let em know how it turns out for you.
