methi paneer curry is my go to recipe. It is fast to make and taste yummy with chapati or poori or bhaturas..Its been a while since i shared any paneer recipes, so i decided to make this quick fix curry and share it with you all.

Preparation Time: 10 mins

Cooking Time ; 30 mins
Serves: 4

Ingredients:


Oil - 2 tblspn + 2 tblspn
Paneer - 200 grams cubed
Onion - 1 large chopped
Tomato - 2 large chopped
Cashews - 3 tblspn
Fresh Methi - 3 cups chopped
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp

Method:

Heat oil in a pan, add paneer and fry till golden, Drain and immerse in a bowl of hot water. Set aside till use.

In the same pan, add onion, tomato and cashew and cook for 5 to 6 mins. Now take this in a blender and puree. Set aside.

Now heat some more oil in the same pan, add methi and cook that for 5 mins. Now add in spice powders and mix well.

Add the pureed onion and tomato mix and cook till oil separates.

Now add in water, salt, sugar and mix well.

Add paneer and mix well. Simmer for 10 mins.

Serve.

This is a spicy fried chicken from korea. It is spicy, tangy and sweet. Taste so yummy.

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time: 30 mins
Serves: 4

Ingredients;

For Chicken:
Boneless Chicken - 500 grams cubed
Garlic - 5 cloves grated
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Cornflour - 3/4 cup
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1/2 cup
Oil for deep frying

For Sauce:
Oil - 1 tblspn
Garlic - 4 cloves grated
Spring Onion - 2 chopped finely
Tomato Ketchup - 1/2 cup
Chilli Powder or paprika - 1 tblspn
Salt to taste
Pepper - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tblspn
Vinegar - 2 tblspn

Method:

Take all sauce ingredients in a sauce pan, cook till sauce thickens.

Now take all chicken ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Heat oil for deep frying, drop chicken in hot oil and fry till light golden, drain and set aside. Increase the heat to high and fry chicken again till crispy.

Now drain it and add to a bowl, pour sauce over and toss well.

Serve

cook this till it thickens

take chicken in a bowl

mix well

drop in hot oil

fry till light golden

now it is half cooked

drain it

now drop it in hot oil 
fry till crispy
